The rain sleeve

This glove carries a rain sleeve, stowed inside the gauntlet until you need it. Pull it over the top and the glove becomes a fully waterproof mitten, good for up to five hours. Ride out the worst of the storm, put it away, and your glove is still dry underneath.

The liner you forget is in there

A removable liner usually makes a glove feel thick and dead. This one does not. Ski it all season and you stop noticing it. On a spring day, pull it out and you are left with a clean leather glove that feels like a good work glove, which is exactly what a lot of skiers actually want.
