Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days from the delivery of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (It's cool if you keep the sticker inside though, we won't come after you). There will also be a fee of 6% of the total amount to be refunded for the credit card processing company. This fee is based on new fees implemented by the credit card companies 2020.
Any item/order at or above 20% discount is considered a "final sale" and is not eligible for returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery falls under our guarantee.
Our guarantee is a handshake – a promise that we’ll be fair to each other. So if something’s not working or fitting or standing up to its task or lasting as long as you think it should, we’ll take it back.
Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. Return anything purchased from us at any time if it proves otherwise. We do not want you to have anything from BAÏST that is not completely satisfactory.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@baistgloves.com.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged in shipment or the wrong size. If you need to exchange, send us an email at support@baistgloves.com.
Shipping
We pay for shipping for returns on items that are defective and when the source and destination are within the 48 contiguous United States.We pay shipping for exchanges on items when the source and destination are within the United States, only 1 exchange per order. If the item was purchased at a discount or with a coupon code, shipping is covered by the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
