Not only am I a Ski Hall of Fame Inductee, I am also a thought leader on fear and mindset sports coach who draws from my tenure as the best woman extreme skier in the world for 12 years, from studying Zen for 15 years, and from facilitating over 10,000 clients on flow and peak performance. I am the author of "The Art of Fear: Why Conquering Fear Won’t Work and What to Do Instead" and teaches about flow states, change, fear and anxiety around the world. My clients include Google, Citigroup, Phillips Exeter Academy, the United States Air Force and various Olympic athletes.
