Received a toddler glove labeled as a size 50. The correct size 50 liner is nice. Sent pictures and worked with customer support to receive a replacement - they were courteous and helpful. Still haven’t received the replacement because they had to receive the return before they will fix own mistake. Probably miss the winter at this point. *You should make sure you fulfill order before your bot sends out survey forms.
It is so difficult to find adequate gloves for kids for the winter conditions that we live in. These are amazing! My 6 year old lasted over 2 hours playing outside at -20 with these glove system on with no complaints about his fingers getting cold. Happy happy Mom over here to finally find some gloves that will allow my kids to be outside comfortably in the winter!
Ordered two pairs for my kids and the fit is perfect. I thought they are stiff at first and it is not comfortable for kids but their customer support says that I need to break in the gloves. After a day or two it gets better and my kids absoluttely loved it!
