Our private label beeswax waterproofing wax protects leather from rain, sun, snow, and salt. It is designed to work perfectly with a pair of BAÏSTS and works great on any leather gear you have. Our beeswax formula dries to a solid wax that stays on the surface of the leather so it lasts longer. Other wax and solutions can be greasy, oily, and are often made from animal products which are able to migrate through the leather till they clog all the pores. BAÏST Wax waterproofs products and fills the natural spaces that are supposed to absorb perspiration and insulate.

Animal fats weaken and rot leather. When leather is made, the tannery works hard to remove the fats and preserve the leather, so it's hard to imagine why you'd put it back on.

Instructions For Use:

Apply directly to leather. For best results, heat leather to 120°F before applying wax (use a hair dryer, heat lamp, or controlled heat source). Rub wax into leather liberally, while maintaining gloves at 120°F. Apply as much wax as the leather will absorb, rubbing both gloves together. Use a rag to remove any excess wax. Repeat the process for longer-lasting protection if desired. *Wax can change the color of the leather slightly. If you are concerned about this, please spot-test first.
