In the winter around 5 p.m. in mountain towns across America, lifts shut down, people clear off of the slopes, and the cats groom the runs. In the past, skiers would call it a day and go to après or hit up the hot tub. However, many ski areas have begun lighting sections of their mountain in order to offer night skiing: a fun and adventurous way to get back out there and send it from a different perspective.
